Strategic Management Consultant and Executive Coach
May 09, 2016
Donna Miller is an award-winning executive coach and strategic human resource consultant with the Executive Resource Center, LLC. She has had over 30 years of business experience in the computer, telecommunications/cable, consulting and oil and gas industries. Much of her career has been spent at the executive level working with, and for, such leading companies as AT&T, Avaya, Chesapeake Energy, Cox Communications, Kimberly Clark Corporation, Lopez Foods, OG&E, Sonic and Sun Microsystems. Donna believes the role of a coach is to partner with client executives to capitalize on their strengths, elevate their thinking, expand their capacity and challenge the paradigms and mental models that may be getting in their way. Donna presents her clients with objective views of where and who they are and enables them to create and implement plans to take them where they need – and want – to be. By changing their thinking patterns, clients often find that they more effectively lead, build relationships, think strategically and communicate with others. Donna is an excellent listener and enthusiastic partner who listens for understanding, asks powerful questions, provides meaningful feedback and helps her clients to reframe their own thinking and behavioral patterns to achieve outstanding results. |
