FAQs

> How do I become a member?

Visit our Club. Check us out. After four visits, prospective members are posted for membership. If accepted into membership, it’s time to get involved!

> How much does it cost to visit or make up a meeting from another Rotary Club?

Guests and visiting Rotarians pay $8. (plus another dollar for our equivocatoriously legal drawing.) Also, remember to tip your waitress.

> Do you accept checks for guests and visiting Rotarians?

Cash makes our accounting easier, but if you need to pay by check, please make it payable to Bricktown Brewery.

> Do you accept credit card payments for guests and visiting Rotarians?

We do not accept credit card payments. However, there is an ATM machine near the bar if you need cash.

> I want to come to a meeting, where do I park?

Parking is available in the lot behind the Brewery. Usually it is $3. You can also park on the street, but remember to pay the meter. On weeknights, parking is free in Bricktown after 6pm.

> What is required for me to join?

Simply a heart for serving the community, having fun and making the world a better place.

> How do I get invited to a meeting?

Consider this your open invitation to visit our Club. No RSVP is necessary.

> What happens if I join but can’t make it every Monday night?

Sometimes other obligations get in the way. Members can make up a Rotary meeting anywhere in the world - even online. That’s what is so cool about being a Rotarian. It’s an international organization. Many of our service opportunities also count as make up's as well.

> What type of time commitment is involved?

While our meetings last only an hour each week, our members are committed to various service projects in the community and around the world. Your time commitment is what you make of it.

> Rotary? Isn’t that for ‘old’ people?

Do we look old to you? We are a diverse group of individuals determined to change the world one service project at a time.
