So you have heard us talk about service and you want to know what we are involved with?

You will find us working at Walk Now For Autism. The starting line at The Race for the Cure. Supporting our friends in the Alzheimer Memory Walk and the Down Syndrome Buddy Walk.

During this past Holiday Season, Bricktown Rotary brought a better Christmas to over 400 Oklahomans through new clothes, toys for kids, and essentials for the homeless and for needy seniors.

You may find us helping at the Christmas Connection or reading to children in our schools (First Book).

Our service also crosses borders. Through a joint venture with the Rotary Club of Carlsbad California and of Tecate Mexico, Bricktown Rotary sponsors, staffs and equips a surgical clinic that meets four times a year, to provide facial and cleft lip surgeries for those in need. Parents come from all over Mexico, and their kids receive life changing treatment they can not get anywhere else.

So whether it’s helping those in need in our own community, or striving to eliminate need wherever we find it, our club embodies Rotary’s motto of “Service Above Self,” Just as importantly, Bricktown Rotary does it in a way that doesn’t forget to have fun and enjoy the lifelong friendships forged through service.
